How do I contact customer service?

RETURNS POLICY
Eleven Lashes wants all of our customers to be 100% completely satisfied with their purchase. Our gorgeous lashes are examined before we ship them out to our customers, to ensure a high level of quality in the lashes you purchase. Products are then packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit.
*Our Lashes are USA handmade please be advised each set of lashes will not be identical buyer resumes all risk
NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS ONLY

and provide you with the best quality service; however,
Occasionally an item does not meet a buyer's expectations.
If you are not pleased with your purchase you are more than welcome to contact our customer service at shop@elevenlashes.com to discuss the nature of your inquiry.
RETURNS 
Due to the fact that we provide several pictures of our lashes and thoroughly exam all items before placing them in our inventory and shipping them out to you, we do not accept returns, all sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item all requests made within 7 days will be eligible for  store credit. We DO require that you email pictures of the defective product prior to receiving your RMA number. Store credit will only be issued to packages received in the exact same condition in which it was sent to you. Should an item be received with obvious signs of wear, the item will be returned to sender and we will not issue a store credit.
Eleven Lashes reserves the right to reject any return.

To better assist you please email us within 7 days from the day you received your item with the subject line "RETURN INQUIRY".
  • Please provide us with your full name, date, order number, amount of items, and details of your return in the email.

  • Photos showcasing the package to ensure that they are unopened and unused. 

  • We will provide you with a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number) along with a return form.

  • Please fill this form out as detailed as possible and include it in the package along with your original invoice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF YOUR RETURN
  • You must contact us at shop@elevenlahes.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Domestic returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the day of delivery or it will not be accepted (14 days for international returns.)

  • Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you. (attached to the tray.)

  • Return shipping must be by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery

  • Purchases made with a discount/sale code will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping will not be refunded

  • Shipping disclosure
    Due to the use of public mailing agencies, international shipments are liable only if there is no shipment confirmation. USPS does not offer confirmation of delivery international packages in the weight class of oz and first class mail. Please select your shipping options accordingly. 
 Once we have received your return, have inspected the items; we will contact you via email and issue a store credit for the items we receive minus shipping.

NOTE: Packages with no RMA number will not be processed.
ELEVEN LASHES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. 
NOTE:Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer at customers expense. 
we reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in the required condition.
 
ELEVEN LASHES reserves the right to reject any return for any reason.
Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.
